and then....there are those so called 'NOT SO STUPID EMPLOYERS BUT EXAGGERATED EMPLOYERS!"

back in the days when I was in college...

"you can't have a job yet, you need to finish college"

That's what my mother used to say during those times, I have tried to finish college, yes I did, but the problem is college did not want me that much...(the course I took I really don't want..but money matters when it comes to college the reason why I still took it).

BUT!!! with all words capitalized, I can assure you that all my papers are authenticated (except for some that I threw already, but not that exaggerated like I have graduated from HARVARD university or something...)

Now a days, employers look for

HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE...( seriously) 

VACANT JOB: Floor Manager (literally who sweeps floors)

NEED TO HAVE GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE TWO TO FOUR YEARS

VACANT JOB: Factory Worker

and etc. and many more that are in appropriate when rendering the qualities that a "MUST" for that vacant JOB...

FACT: Because of that, some people are forced to falsify their documents, like their diplomas... and certificates, (why the hell do they do that? it's because they want to be hired on that stupid job who only give a cent to dollar per hour, in doing 9 to 16 hours a day, plus no day off in seven days mostly).

lately there are literally some countries around the world who are forced to minimize their workers, by forcing them to quit their jobs, and hire another ones while adjusting their budgets from the wages that they are usually rendering, why? because they need to save their companies first before their employees. Because of the recessions, economical deflation, adjustments in everything, in general the ECONOMICAL CRISIS.

Some companies or firms does all their hiring by contracts, even if they offer the smallest wages, CONTRACTUAL AGENCIES are MOSTLY in the middle of those, which mostly happens to have a larger share in the employees wages than what they receive as the hard working worker everyday.

end on the reason why MOST PEOPLE| ARE LITERALLY JOBLESS!!!

QUESTION: why do some of those employers, ask to much,LIKE CERTIFICATES, DIPLOMAS AND EXPERIENCES, that are not even necessary on the job description itself, and why do you have to ask for anything that you gradually don't give a fuck to research or to track if their documents are authentic or not, I mean what the fuck do you supposed to point out on that?  

Well here's the truth!!!MOST OF YOUR APPLICANTS HAPPENS TO HAVE A FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS! and most of your employees that are already hired are FAKE! "their documents are not real".

Please be advised that I do not accept your reason of being just FORMAL AND OFFICIAL that is why YOU NEED TO ASK FOR THOSE! (fags!)

***Employers need to adjust on what and who they are looking for, not on who and what they can have if they got those people in their company for some are just plain suckers, or has a connection on the bosses that is why they are hired and usually called.

some are hired not to sit on those chairs but to sit on their bosses dicks. If you know what I mean ( not all people are that clean...reality bites).

some are plain stupid, that they believe in whatever their contractual agents say after being hired and whine or complain when they are in their jobs, guess what EMPLOYEE!!!"MOST EMPLOYERS DON'T GIVE A FUCK ON WHAT OR HOW YOU FEEL BECAUSE ALL THEY WANT TO KNOW IS HOW YOU SERVE THEM OR BRING MONEY  TO THEM!" 

So it is really clear that you as an employer really need to adjust some procedures that will make you future applicants believe you in such a way that you are all REALLY FORMAL AND OFFICIALLY LEGAL.

Reminds me somehow...when I was in a certain place, (kinda complicated so I won't tell) , they have this form just to be reactive in a certain thing, so I need to fill up the form, and done that, but for almost FOUR FUCKING times that I  gone back on that stupid line just because I forgot to answer some of the questions that are on that freaking form, but then again I pause for awhile and read all the questions in the form and realized that "MOST QUESTIONS ON THAT FORM ARE REALLY NOT NECESSARY TO ANSWER AND SO IRRELEVANT AND REDUNDANT". Reason why the line on that section are longer than a burger stand that is in a field where all people are STARVING to death!like a death roll or a death march or a fucking starvation for centuries line to be literal (so like them I redundantly said that).

Or the stupid COURSES IN COLLEGE WHERE YOU HAVE THOSE MAJOR AND MINOR SUBJECTS THAT ARE ADDED UP ON YOUR LIST, AND ADDED UP ON YOUR BUDGET as well TO BE PAID OF COURSE, VERY IRRELEVANT AND REDUNDANT, LIKE YOU NEED TO TAKE 3 VOLUMES OF ENGLISH SUBJECTS OR 4 VOLUMES OF MATH WHILE YOUR COURSE IS LIKE JUST A CLEANER IN A MOTHER FUCKING HOTEL! (actually that is my course, and undergraduate from it), why oh why please tell me?!( in the Philippines yes those were FACTS if you are in COLLEGE)

Today education here in the Philippines, are added up...from elementary to college, good thing that there are still public schools, so studying with additional grade level are still kinda handy in a way, but the fact when you reached college, some made it literally like a business.

SO YOU CAN'T STOP SOME PEOPLE TO WHINE ABOUT FALSIFIED CERTIFICATES AND DIPLOMAS, FOR SOME PARENTS WORKED hard AND PAID real MONEY, JUST TO HAVE THEIR KIDS A GREATER EDUCATION FOR A JOB THAT THEY NEEDED IN THE FUTURE "I got a kid, and until now, it is so damn hard to look for a job, because of the competitions, and mostly fake competitors".
